Three steps to becoming a licensed practitioner
How It Works
Complete the GMDC form with all supporting documents in English or certified translation.
Council reviews credentials. One-time for nationals/CARICOM. International applicants must comply with migration laws.
Registered and licensed. Renewed every three years with CME and practice insurance.
One-off with CME certificate. Without CME, work permit required.
Must comply with migration and labor laws.
Temporary licensure. Council may waive fees for free services through Ministry of Health.
